Drivers with NC II certifications are deemed competent in minor vehicle maintenance and shall perform such skills.The knowledge component of the vehicle maintenance will provide a driver with a larger understanding of how the vehicle works.
Carry out Minor vehicle maintenance and servicing
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA:
1.explain parts of vehicle and functions, check tire, battery,
water at radiator, lights and signals, oil, gas , wiper, horn, brakes, clutch,
steering wheel, hand brake
2.through hearing and vibration of vehicle understand the possible
malfunction of vehicle
3.correct parking procedures in case of minor vehicle malfunction
